Luann Sinclair recently joined The Tower Companies and is responsible for providing legal counsel for leasing, construction, land development, new acquisitions, financing and non-real estate investments.
Ms. Sinclair started her career at a boutique DC law firm primarily representing institutional lenders and has had extensive experience representing all types of real estate ventures, managing real estate assets, raising capital, contracting land acquisitions, land development, entitlements/re-zonings and construction law.
Prior to joining The Tower Companies, Ms. Sinclair was corporate counsel for Stanley Martin Companies where she provided legal counsel for the acquisition, development and sale of upscale single family detached and attached housing communities in Virginia and Maryland. Ms. Sinclair also served as vice president and counsel to J.E. Robert Company where she assisted in investing over One Billion Dollars in domestic and international commercial real estate projects.
