Charles "Chuck" Wallach has served as The Tower Companies' Director of Leasing and New Tenant Construction since 1986. His responsibilities include leasing for both commercial and retail properties, as well as orchestrating renovation efforts for existing Tower properties. Mr. Wallach's most recent achievements were the renovation and expansion of the award-winning Blair Shops in Silver Spring, MD and the newly renovated Aspen Hill Shopping Center.
Prior to joining The Tower Companies, Mr. Wallach worked for ISM, formerly the management and leasing arm of Federal Realty.
Mr. Wallach received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, and completed his graduate studies in Industrial Psychology at Stevenson's Institute of Technology.
