Marnie L. Abramson represents the third generation of family ownership, serving as the company's Director of Marketing and Public Relations. In this capacity, Ms. Abramson sets the strategy for all internal and external communications and oversees the implementation for Tower's portfolio of new and existing real estate properties. In addition, Ms. Abramson represents the company's green building initiatives by speaking at numerous conferences, trade shows, industry roundtables, and government hearings; focusing specifically on marketing challenges as they relate to the costs and benefits of green building practices.
Ms. Abramson also serves as President of Tower Capital, a division of The Tower Companies, setting investment strategies and managing The Tower Companies non-real estate assets.
Most recently, Ms. Abramson was selected as one of the region's most influential women in the 2008 Women Who Mean Business Program by the Washington Business Journal which recognizes women from every industry and profession who have made a difference in their communities, blazed a trail for the rest of us and are leaving a mark on Washington business.
Ms. Abramson holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The Marshall School of Business at The University of Southern California, and is currently a candidate for a Masters (MS) in Real Estate at Johns Hopkins University. She received her Bachelors degree (BA) in Communications from The American University in Washington, DC.
