Located three miles from Dulles International Airport, along the Dulles Technology Corridor, this 151-suite hotel is the first in the nation to feature Marriott's full Generation 7 design and décor package.  It is located in the midst of a 300-acre planned development. It began with the building of Wegman's in 2004 and will expand to include one million square feet of commercial and retail space.
