Designed by the McLean, VA based architectural firm Kishimoto Gordon Dalaya,  it is one of the most efficient and architecturally stunning buildings in the National Capital region.  Its environmental features and inspiring design helped The Tower Building win AOBA's Green Office Building of the Year award, as well as the City of Rockville's first ever Environmental Excellence Award for Corporate Leadership in Green Building.  

This building is Energy Star Rated and is registered for LEED-Silver EB Certification.
